Our delivery fee is currently £4 per order. Delivery is free with an order of two products or more.
Our brownies are mostly sent by Royal Mail, although sometimes by DPD depending on industrial action. We can deliver to mainland UK addresses as well as to the Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland. You can select a desired delivery date on our calendar at the checkout and we will send the brownies the day before this date. Delivery dates are not guaranteed - about 98% of brownies are delivered next day (i.e. on the desired delivery date), however we cannot be held responsible if they are delayed by Royal Mail or DPD. Please note, that Monday delivery dates will be dispatched on a Friday and in some cases may arrive on a Saturday, which is out of Cake or Death's control.
Our brownies do fit through most letterboxes, but as we use tracked delivery services some delivery drivers want to hand to a recipient. We have a 'post or leave safe' order on our DPD account which means DPD will endeavor to leave the brownies safe in a shed etc. or with a neighbour if possible.
The email address given with the order will receive delivery notifications - please check your spam folder if you have not received these.
Please check your address carefully and if you realise it is incorrect after ordering, contact us as soon as possible at katie@cakeordeath.co.uk and we will try to change it, as long as the brownies have not been sent. However, we are not responsible for incorrect addresses provided on ordering and you may have to reorder if we have already sent it.
We do not ship outside of the UK at the moment.
Should your order arrive damaged and/or defective, please send photo evidence of this to katie@cakeordeath.co.uk and we will deal with the problem as quickly as possible.
